Media Player Sound, but no Video

We have installed some new desktops at work: Win 2K, Service Pack 2, on Pentium IV, 1.2ghz. When users try to play streaming video with Windows Media Player, version 7, they can hear the sound, but not see the video. Any ideas?

My guess is that your video codecs need updating. Open MPLAY32 out of the %systemroot%SYSTEM32 directory and try to play video streams with that. It has more specific information when it can't play video files.
