    excel, autofilter (any version)

When using autofilter all columns of one or more rows are hidden.
Is there a way to exclude one column from being hidden?

    Re: excel, autofilter (any version)

Autofilter works on columns, and hides rows which do not meet whatever criteria is specified, so I don't understand what column(s) is being hidden or why. Can you explain a bit further what you are doing and possibly attach a sample spreadsheet?

If the question is "can I leave certain cells showing in a particular column(s), even though they do not meet Autofilter criteria?", the answer is no, not with Autofilter.
