    Photo Viewer

When I go to print in photo viewer, the only layout I get is print full page. How do I get to the other layouts?

Which version of Windows do you have and which make and model is your printer?

Calimanco, thanks for getting back to me. I am using a Dell with Windows 8 but have installed Startdock so it acts like it is Windows 7. My printer is a HP Photosmart 6520 . When I use straight Windows 8, I get the same thing. My wife is using identical hardware and has no problem, All of the print layouts come up for her.

Go to http://support.hp.com/us-en/product/...169040/drivers and check for updates to software and drivers. You may have the MS generic drivers installed.

Updated drivers and still no go. It seems to be in the software not the printer. I should be able to choose from full page photo, 4 X 6 in (2), 5X7 in (2), 8X10 (1), 3.5X5 in(4), wallet (9), and contact sheet (35). But the only option I get is full page photo. I really appreciate your help.

Try installing Photo Gallery 2012 from Windows Essentials. You'll need to deselect things you don't want during the install.

My HP printer shows all those options and I cant reproduce your problem by changing the options settings. It may be that there is a conflict with something else that's installed. Try the HP Print and Scan Doctor to see if it flags anything.
