wizards in Excel 2000 (Excel 2000)

Hi everyone,

When I use Access 2000 and create a combo box a wizard helps me set it up.
But when I use Excel 2000 the wizard does not appear, how do I get this wizard to come up.

I do not think that Excel has such a wizard.
