Losing 3GB of free space every day for a month

I am losing 3gbts free space from drive C every day. Its backing up, but I don't need to back up daily as I just use e-mail & feeds and watch documentaries. I don't download anything

Are you backing up to the same drive that you are backing up? if so you don't have a backup if the drive crashes.

Where is the space going? If you can't find it, try Treesize Free to show you directories / files by size.
If you stop the backup does the space consumption stop?

    cheers, Paul

How much space is allocated to "System Restore" and how often is it set to save "System Restore" positions? If you disable "System Restore" does the space consumption stop?

I checked "System Restore" it was set to save 135gigs. I changed that to 15 gigs. I also use Avast and heard it can mess with "System Restore" thanks again

Did you work out where the space was going? What directory / files?

    cheers, Paul
