    Word Mailmerge / Different certificates in one document

    Hi everyone,

    I'm trying to see I could perform the following task:

    I've got an excel file with names of students who have achieved Level 1 or Level 2 or ...Level 6

    I've got different design of certificates in one word file (Level 1 to Level 6)

    How can I print with mail merge the adequate certificates for each students:

    student 1 got level 1 => print 1st certificate
    Student 2 got level 2 => print 2nd certificate
    ...
    Student 16 got level 1 => print 1st certificate

    I've tried to use {SKIPIF {MERGEFIELD Level} <> 1} at the beginning of 1st page then {SKIPIF {MERGEFIELD Level} <> 2} on page 2 etc...

    but it doesn't work

    thank you for your support

    Interesting question. I think I'd do the mail merge by filtering the Excel file by achieved level and merge into the appropriate Word doc (separate certificates in multiple Word documents). I know this isn't what you wanted to hear, but I think that's your option. I don't think you can selectively have merges done to different pages (forms) in Word.

    Thank you for your suggestion,

    Actually, there is a way...I've managed to do something: on the main document I've created a bookmark at the beginning of each certificates, then I've created another document to finish and merge ( with conditions on each level ) I insert the main document as a link within the condition ("Text from file") I specify the "Range" for each condition (Level 1 will have bookmark1 etc..)
    I then create a filter on level to have them in order...
    I still have some issues with the formatting of the different texts...
