    non-consecutive appointment entries (outlook 2002)

Is there a way to set up appointments for non-reocurring days (for example Dec 2, 5, 19, 25 and January 4, 16, 31) without doing each in there own appointments (or with the limitations of reoccuring appointments. Or at least a way to copy the appointments instead of having to re-enter them?

    Thanks

no, you can't setup reoccuring appt that are not using a pattern.

    yes, you can copy - i think it's control+drag.

    thanks

since i posted i discovered that you can use the date picker calenders (with the ctl key) to pick the non-consecutive days, then just use ctl-drag to copy the appoinments easily.

    thanks bunch
