Having an issue with my Pivot Table, wondering if someone can help me and show me the way

For some reason or another I am having trouble with some of the data on my PV, probably because I haven't done one in about 5 years and forget.
I don't seem to have the required permissions to attach a file, so here is a link to my SS.

My objective is here is to have Maturity, Cpn and Rate in the Columns section to go across the Pivot table.
When I put maturity in there, I think Excel see's it as a number and not a date...I tried formatting the cells but
obviously I was doing something wrong here. The Rate also has some Alphanumeric values in it, so I am trying to
figure out how the Pivot table needs to read it correctly and bring it over from the data table.

Many thanks in advance for looking.

Could you add (to the workbook) an indication of what you want the result to look like?
