Is this a Word or Excel issue? Mail Merge font problem.
I don't mean to cross-post here and Word, but I don't know where the issue is.
I have a multi-page Word 2010 document with field codes to merge from Excel 2010. The entire document is in Arial 11, including the Excel cells.
However, the merged fields show up as Times New Roman.
If I click on the field code, the font shows as Arial 11; however, if I look at a preview, the merge is Times New Roman.
AH HA...figured out a work-around: use \*Charformat [what a pain]
