Sorry, I lost the text of my post.

    Here goes the Mulligan.

I have a PIVOT TABLE which has the following fields:

    1.> Division
    2.> Dept.
    3.> Employee Name
    4. >Employee I. D. Number
    5.> Y-T-D Cumulative Over-Time (OT) Hours

I need to Sort this PIVOT TABLE in the following manner.
    A. Total Division by largest to smallest OT Hours by the total of all Divisions
    B. Total Dept. by largest to smallest OT Hours within the Division
    C. Total Employee by largest to smallest OT Hours within the Dept.
I would also like to include a PERCENTAGE OF TOTAL for each
    A. Individual Division OT HOURS as a Percent of Total All Divisions, in the data table, OT Hours
    B. Individual Dept. OT Hours as a Percent of Total l Dept. OT Hours that’s within it’s Division
    C. Each Employee OT Hours as a Percent of Total Emplyee OT Hours within it’s Dept.

Thank you and sorry again for the mispost.
