Changing layout in the Quick Styles Gallery

I think the thing depicted below is called the Quick Styles Gallery, but I can't find its name anywhere.

It's a lovely tool, but I need to fix it.

I almost never use Headings, but I often use a Title. I'l like to move the Title button into the third position in the gallery (where Heading 1 is in the example), but I can't find any way to do it.

I've worked around by formatting Heading 1 as my preferred title format. That's fine, but it will come back to haunt me if and when I ever need the Headings (and their linking to TOCs, outlines, etc.)

How can I modify this little display?

    Very nice! Thank you.

I did it, and it works. Unfortunately, it seems to have clobbered my list of recent documents. One of these was Normal.dotm.

I've recovered from that OK, though.
