    Gmail as default for email

I see how I can attach Chrome to the MAILTO:: protocol, but it just calls up Chrome, and not GMail. How do I do this?

Browni, I wish I could say "No' but I may have, and as yet am unresolved.

Joe, I haven't ever actually been able to get this right. It seems that GMail users are a dedicated bunch, and the question of accessing GMail from a shortcut when it isn't the default is still out there in the mist.

Mailto: is a protocol that you attach to an application, not a website.

Joe I got as far as when I was supposed to deal with Managing Handlers...but the list was empty! So there was nothing to manage.

    H-m-m-m-m...

Seems like it's an "all or noting" type of situation.
