    windows 7 boot disk

    Hi guys,

Your windows 7 boot disk is just a boot disk/usb or has other functions?
Do you guys use WinPE bootable disk more or single win7 boot disk?
    How do you create them?

    Thanks

The Windows bootable installation DVD also allows you to repair Windows.
The Windows recovery disk(s) you create from a new PC allow the same.
A WinPE disk is essentially the same as the two above, but without any installation files - recovery / work on an existing Windows system only.

Creating a recovery disk(s) depends on your system. What computer do you have and was Windows pre-installed on it when you got it?

    cheers, Paul

    The answer is, it depends.
If you want a boot disk with lots of utilities for troubleshooting Windows then that one may be OK. If you want to restore your last image to fix the problem you only need the boot disk for your backup software.
What do you want the disk for?

    cheers, Paul
