    Windows 10 thinks I'm on a Tablet

Things were going well until the Build 10130 release. There are now 2 things bugging me. One, the OS thinks I'm on a tablet and "Cortana" won't respond with certain requests because it can only read my calendar on a PC or a PHONE. I am on a PC. I have changed any setting I can find but it is still the same results.
The other problem is any request having to do with my location results in a response showing me approximately 25 miles away. If I include my city name in the entry, everything is fine. Again I thought I looked through the settings fairly thoroughly. But I must have missed something.
    Any ideas?

As your PC doesn't have GPS like a phone or tablet , your location is based on your IP address: Location settings place me 30 miles away from home

Thank you for your reply, but the response is just the same in spite of doing those setting twice and even rebooting. Maybe the next build will do something for it. It's too bad it is so quirky. I really like a lot of Win 10 and was planning on installing it on my primary terminal after July 30. Maybe not so much now. :-) May have to look around in the registry and see if anything pops out at me.
    Thanks again.

    Have you tried a Refresh?
    Have you checked Device Manager?
Have you checked the Event Logs?
