    Zip files in a folder

I would like to know if there is a way to zip .xls files in a folder

I have several files in a folder C:/Downloads as well as sub-folders that I will like to zip

It would be appreciated if someone can kindly advise me how to do this if possible

Right-click on the folder you want to zip then click (left) "Send to/Compressed (zipped) folder". A zipped copy of the folder will be created in the same location.

You can use a 3rd party zipper upper like 7zip - it has more options than Windows.
