Help with Paragon Backup & Recovery 15Home

I'm a long time Windows Secrets user, but new to The Lounge. Recently purchased the Paragon program (on sale, fortunately) and am having a hard time getting started with their User Manual. On Startup, I'm told to click the Backup and Restore tab on the Ribbon Panel, then select Smart Backup. Unfortunately, no Smart Backup. Have played around trying other things, with no luck. Tried for support on the website, no help there either. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Why have you bought it when they have a freebie ? http://www.paragon-software.com/home.../download.html

Been having a quick look at the user manual and without downloading the program, do you have an Unlock provision on the Ribbon Panel ?

I know, shouldn't have been in such a hurry. Did try the free program to see if it was less complicated. No unlock provision on the Ribbon Panel. Express Mode is on the ribbon panel, when i click on that it takes me back to the Launcher page.

I'll be getting another external HDD tomorrow so will give the program a try over the weekend.

I think it's one of those programs where you need to be in it to see what is happening.

Sorry, I just don't have time to go through all of the manual and take it in.

At the beginning of the manual it says that as the program gets updated, what you see on the screen may not tally with the manual, which isn't going to help.

On the Pro version you do get to unlock the disabled features, whatever they may be.
