After reinstalling Windows 7, update icon to windows 10 won't show...

I have genuine Windows 7 Ultimate CD with 32 and 64 bits.

Up until recently, I have had windows 7 64 bits installed on my laptop. I also had received the little Windows 10 update icon.

Because my laptop was very sluggish, almost a week ago, I re-installed windows 7 but this time with 32 bits and of course SP1.

As far as I am concerned I have installed all updates available. Apart from "Foreign Language" updates.

Windows update does not find any other updates to install.

But now the little Windows 7 update icon has now disappeared.

Apparently I should have had KB3035583 update to receive this icon. So I managed to download and run it but unfortunately the sign of "The update is not applicable to your computer" comes up.

Any advice is more then appreciated. Thank you.

The issue is that the re-install of Win7 wiped out the updates which included one for the Get Windows 10 icon on the Notification Area. You'll have to go through the update process again to get the necessary ones as Win10 probably needs a fully-updated Win7 [or Win8.1].

As I said above.....As far as I am concerned I have installed all updates available. Apart from "Foreign Language" updates.

I got that icon after making sure I had KB2952664 and KB3035583 installed. On a couple of computers I had to follow this page:

    And maybe this will help:
