Go to Start>Run and type dxdiag. Check for problems under the Display tab. If there are no problems shown, download the latest graphics driver for your PC.

No apparent problem there. You could try changing the User DPI Setting: 150% to 125%. Control Panel>Appearance and personalisation>Display.

    Thanks for you quick response.

Tried that, didn't work. This is a new pc and when I was setting it up I needed to make several changes Windows colors & appearances so I could read the screens. It's after I made changes the small fonts & line spacing changed in some but not all programs. I tried searching for the default fonts, sizes colors,, etc to no avail. I also checked the orig # of fonts that W7 orig installed [approx 400+] now there are about 150??. I purposely did not install or uninstall any new fonts. I copied the orig fonts to a CD, just n case.

I may re-install one of the programs. Re-installed one several times to no avail though.

    Hi

Solved the problem of "small fonts".

Posted images below just in case any else came across thus arcane problem.

It's actually simple as 1,2,3 once you find out what & how W7 selections effect the users view on the screen.

I numbered & uploaded pix in proper sequence 1 2 3 4, some how in preview mode they were appeared to be mixed up.

    wavy,

Please look at my #7 post, you will see from the posted images that I actually stepped the process out. However even thought I carefully numbered my images
in the sequence I wanted them to appear, the Forum software knew better & scrambled them. Remember in today's world softwareware developers know more than seasoned business professionals.

If you tell me the critera for posting images in the correct context sequence, I'll be glade to repost.

Short how-to: cntrl panel> display> choose 100%, 125% or 150% or what ever % relative to monitor size resolution that does not cause "small pixelated" fonts in certain win situations.

    Hope this helps.

I see you put effort into this and it is appreciated, however except for the point of access of the Personalization Display page it seems the same as what you said did not work.

To insert images in order do it on image at a time, and may put a bit of explanatory text in between.

Thanks for your response & interest. However I'm not a typist or a tech so I have to use images, "a picture is worth a 1000 words", I'll give it a shot next time.
And so much of my Inet time is spent solving just daily run-of-the-mill problems today in: business, banking, investments, healthcare, legal, govt, consumer products, etc, my time is limited.

BTW: How do I put txt between or under each image? The forum is not clear about that.

Just press enter after the image and type.
    Then insert another.Congress.jpg

Tried that, but there was no place to insert txt either in the response nor the preview.

My screen just blinked/flipped so this response may be off.

Didn't you just do that? Maybe I am misinterpreting what you are asking.

My fault, as I've recently had several disparate problems across 3 pc's, I posted to the wrong thread.

The pixelated fonts issue was solved as were most of the other problems, thanks to you guys.
