SEQ not numbering correctly in Word 2010

I am creating several pages of serial numberd lables. I created the label and inserted the SEQ field { SEQ Serial \# "0000" }. The lable sheets have 3 X 10, 30 lables. The first sheet is numbered OK. The second sheet starts 31 to 33 but the next row is 35 to 37 and the next is 39 to 41. It skips one number each row.
    Thanks,

    C DeWitt
