Can I upgrade using the Win 10 ISO?

I've downloaded the W10 Media Creation Tool, and created an ISO of Win 10. I burned the ISO to a DVD.

    Now...
Can I use this DVD to UPDATE my Win 7 computer, will it only do a clean install of Win 10?

    Bruce, thanks for the reply.

I actually used the Media Creation Tool to update my laptop (keeping the DVD as a backup). So far, I don't like the way W10 behaves on the laptop (I'll address my issues/questions later, either in this or another post), so I think I'll leave w7 on the desktop for the time being.

I noticed somewhere in the W10 settings (can't remember exactly where, or if I can find it again) that I have the option to revert back to Win 7 within 1 month.
If I choose to do this, will my computer be restored to it's pre-Win 10 condition (including all my apps and settings)?

    Thanks again for your help.
