    win 8.1 Pro updating

I have two user accounts one Admin and one Standard. I have just discovered that the standard user account has been allowed to install windows updates and but at this point seems to require admin authority for every thing else. I do not want the Standard account to be able to update but there is no way to disable the access in updates settings as before. Can any one tell me if there is a way to stop the update access?

You should be able to use Gpedit and disable it for the logged in user.
