    Wondering

Hi. Have Win 8.1 Home. Love it and may change to Win 10 in at least 6 months. Maybe. Very casual PC user. Email, pic, bowse, Messenger etc. Read Woodys 8.1 book and learned alot. Use his Web Site and Windows Updates along with Susan Bradley's Patch Watch. Have Firefox, No Script, Ghostery, and Surf Easy VPN. The first to according to Woody in the 8.1 book and love all of them. Switched from Google after learning more about them after 9 yrs. Question: Does anyone know if No Script and Ghostery and a VPN will be able to be used in Win 10 and also can I make Firefox my default browser?

    Pat,

Yes FF, NoScript run fine in 10 and FF can be made the default. Don't know about Ghostery since I don't use it. IMHO for what you do there is really no reason to upgrade...If it ain't broken...

You can get W10 when you get your next PC, I'm pretty sure that will be before 8.1 support runs out.
