More information please. What are you trying to do? Which program is the message from? What is the exact text?

Sounds like a File History warning that an external drive is unplugged or switched off

What program? Do you have any mapped network drives? Do you have any external drives?

As it says (three times), it's File History telling you that the drive it has been set up to store backup files on is disconnected.

Either reconnect your external drive or go to Settings, Update and Security, Backup and delete the File History drive there.

If you click the Action Center notification, it will probably take you straight there. That's one of the benefits of notifications.
