    wifi connection snafu

    win81 dell laptop
    used to work

now it says connected to my wifi router/cable modem

but the aps cant use it

    have to disconnect manually
reconnect and then it does work

sometimes win says it is fixing some problem if i dig down
but they never stay fixed and they dont say what they fixed

any ideas on how to make the aps able to connect when they get started after the pc has already connected (so it says) to the wifi ?

    Speedball,

I'd recommend a visit to the Dell site and see if they have any updated drivers for your wifi/ethernet card. HTH

Go to support.dell.com and put in your Service Tag number, on label on the computer somewhere and if it's gone it may be in the BIOS.
