    full menus (2000)

Is there a way I can set Office (or Windows itself) to always show the full menu -- not just the most recently used entires in a menu?

    Thanks.

Open Word, right click on the toolbar and choose Customize. On the tab Options uncheck Menus show recently used commands first

For Windows, right click on the taskbar, Properties, on the general tab Uncheck Use Personal Menus (Last checkbox). Terms may be different, I have a dutch version of Win ME

And if you use Internet Explorer 6, you'll need to uncheck the Tools-->Internet Options-->Advanced setting for Enable Personalized Favorites Menu. Or your favorites list will behave the same annoying way, showing you only the recently used favorites.
