    Bad Windows Socket

After upgrading from Win 95 to Win 98 a message now appears each time at boot up saying that it couldn't run Arcada backup because of a bad window socket. How can this be corrected? Otherwise things seem to run normally.

    Re: Bad Windows Socket

That's the text of the error? "Bad Window Socket"? I'm not clear on what the cause is as a scoket can refer to a network connection, a physical port on the PC, or the Windows TCP/IP stack, known as Winsock.

Have you tried removing and re-installing Arcada Backup?

Is the version that you have compatible with Windows 98?
