Windows 10 back up error 0X8100002F

I received this error on my first attempt to back up Windows 10.
    below are the details
Backup encountered a problem while backing up file C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\OneDrive. ErrorThe system cannot find the file specified. (0x80070002))
Backup skipped backing up I:\Videos as it is on the backup target.

    any idea what this means?

It may take some reading, but there's probably a solution for the first issue here:

Error code 0x8100002F and or error code 0x80070002 when you back up files in Windows 7

For the second, are you backing up to I:?

I believe Windows Backup will always refuse to backup to and from the same drive: Win 7 - Backup skipped backing up F:\ as it is on the backup target.

Some months ago I worked on a customer's PC that had Backup failing with what sounds like the same error. After a lot of searching it turned out the error was caused by an invalid "hard link" (like a shortcut). After I removed the hard link the Backup errors went away.
