Wacom Feel Driver for Surface Pro 3 ?

Even though MS (reportedly) switched from Wacom to N-trig for it's touch screen, the Wacom Feel Driver is reported to work with it and provide more options and control for the pen.

These reports seem to ignore the fact that Wacom says it shouldn't be installed.

Adding to the confusion, the Wacom utility that tests to see if the driver is compatible says it is on an SP3.

Has anyone with a SP3 tried this? How does it work? What kind of improvements?

While I have read comments about people installing and using this driver, Wacom is very specific about the fact that this driver is NOT compatible with the Surface Pro 3.

I suspect that this is another case of wrong info on the interweb <I'm shocked> probably coming from people passing on something that they have no personal experience with. It's possible that it applied to an older Surface or Surface Pro.
