Win 10 upgrade down load fails repeatedly
On July 29, I clicked on the "Get Windows 10" icon on the task bar to check the status. It said that Win 10 was downloaded and ready to install. I wanted to wait a while before installing it, so I did nothing. When I check the status now (8/26) It says "Your free upgrade is reserved and on the way" and I'll be notified when its ready. When I look at Windows Update History it shows that Upgrade to Windows 10 download has failed every day since 8/12. It has failed 2 or 3 times every day over the last 15 days. Other windows updates have installed successfully during that time. Any ideas on why this is happening? Where can I safely download Win 10 without waiting on the auto download?
