Badly infected machine, can't run AV software

I have a 8.1 Laptop that is infected. It will boot, but is so slow it will not let me run any Anti-Malware or AV programs. I tried holding the SHIFT/Reboot to get to the Advanced Options so I could refresh the PC but screen went blank after hours of the restart screen spinning. How can I bypass secure boot so I can boot from a CD or USB? I've tried F8 for safe mode and it won't even work.

You can also try the F2 key or this method https://grok.lsu.edu/Article.aspx?articleId=17376

See if the machine will let you create this tool to use if you can get in to disable Secure Boot https://security.symantec.com/nbrt/nbrt.aspx

I think you can still get Windows Defender Offline for 32 bit and 64 bit machines. Download it from another computer and create a dvd or cd to boot your computer from. It will not use your operating system that has the malware, it will boot to a special version of windows and then run Windows defender to clean the machine. You can find it here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/w...fender-offline

Here is a jpg of that information:

If you kill the boot two times by holding down the power button for 5 seconds, the third boot should show you he recovery screen which will allow you to get to Safe Boot with networking. There you can run Malwarebytes and possibly your AV.
