    Icons & programs rotated upside down

    Yesterday I inadvertently pressed one or several keys on my keyboard and the programs and icons were all upside down (first time this has ever happened-using Windows 10)

    What would cause this to happen? It would be appreciated if someone can kindly advise

    I resolved the problem by pressing ALT + Up arrow simultaneously

    I believe this is caused by the video driver.

    There are monitors that rotate and require a screen re-orientation when you do so. Also, now there are tablets supported by the OS and those rotate crazy easy (though most of those use position sensing and switch automatically).
