    Reverse DNS leads to blacklisting

Some of my emails do not reached their destinations. Researching I found that SpanCannibal has blacklisted my address. Their reason is: "no reverse DNS, MX host should have rDNS - RFC1912 2.1" I use Outlook 2010 on Win7. What can I do about the problem or is it up to my ISP to change something? Could there be another reason for my emails not being delivered? When I use gmail to that same address it works fine.
