    Daisy-chain Wi-Fi?

I have a wireless network with a NAS in my camper that is password (WEP) protected. When I'm on the road I either use my phone hotspot or a campground wifi for internet access. When I have the internet, I don't have access to my files on the NAS. And vice-versa.

Is there a way that I can have both?

    Thanks.

    JE,

What NAS are you using? I've setup up my Western Digital MyBookLive so that only designated computers can access the PRIVATE section (It also has a public section for sharing but I don't use that much). I've just set the User Logons to the same as my computers and it's all done. If you have another brand research the NAS capabilities. I'm assuming from your post that the NAS is provided by a port on the WiFi router that you use (BTW: Brands/Models are always useful in giving good advice) to plug in a USB drive? If so look into the settings in the Router. HTH

    JE:

WEP is not a very secure encryption. If you want to make your network more secure, move up to WPA or, better still, WPA2.
