    Wait for form close (A2k)

I have a form with a combo box. When the user updates the combo box the whole form and subform reflects the record and subrecords selected. I added a (New) choice to my combo box with a UNION query and if the user selects this option my code opens a form for the user to add a new main category. When the user closes the add form I want the original form to display the new main cat and allow new subcategories to be added. I need the code in the main form to wait until the add form is closed. otherwise it does not reflect the changes. Is there a way to do this?

    Thanks

You could put the code you want to happen after the add form is closed in the Close event of the add form.
