Moving from Excel 2010 to Excel 2013

My company is in the process of moving from Office 2010 to Office 2013. I am one of the pilot people.

I have many Excel spreadsheets ranging from simple to complex with forms / charts / VBA. Within a few months, all of the users of the spreadsheets will be on 2013, so that is not a concern for me.

I am concerned if something will "break" between the two versions. I could not find much on Google that appeared to be an issue for me. Are there "gotchas" any of you experienced that you could share, or places I can research?

    Thank you!
