Question Send Emails to GROUP members SEPARATELY

Is there a way to select a group of emails and have Outlook (2010) forward each one to the same addressee, but separately instead of as a group (I know I can forward them as a group, but in this case doing that won’t help)?

There is but not without help as Outlook will not do that natively. You will either need an add-on for Outlook or write a script. I suggest searching the internet for an add-on to purchase.

You don't say how many mails you want to send, but, for non-profits, Mail Chimp is the answer. I send about 630 mails about six times a year for a society to which I belong. Works like a charm; importing contacts from a CSV file, and pasting in the HTML code.
