You don't get Burn disc image if you right-click an ISO?

Does Device Manager recognize your CD/DVD drive?

If you prefer a 3rd party program you could have a look at these. http://www.winxdvd.com/resource/top3...are-review.htm

To create bootable ISOs, I use the now rather inappropriately named CDBurnerXP to create bootable DVDs on Windows 7,
and Rufus to create bootable USB Flash Drives.

No, Win10 is not missing an ISO burner. As others said, Rt Clk the ISO file & 2nd item down on the menu Burn disc image. Click on that & will (natively) burn the ISO to DVD. No added (3rd Party) burning software is needed to be installed.

Drew The Win 10 I have does not have an ISO Burner Right clk gives many options except "Burn Image" I believe MS removed it
I suspect the free ISO burners mentioned previously may install PUP's
    Must be CLEAN burners somewhere.
    Thanks Jimmy

Imgburn http://www.winxdvd.com/resource/down...gburn-free.htm mentioned in the link by Sudo15 is free and has no PUPs. You can avoid installing anything bundled with any free software by doing a custom install. And yes my Windows 10 has the right click "Burn Disc Image".

So you seriously think that people in a reputable IT forum will recommend software which may install PUPs without warning you about the possibility first?

For your info I use the two programs I recommended, and no, they don't.

BATcher things do change, better safe than sorry. Just because you are paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you. SW companies change ownership and policies. Download sites have their own agendas be cautious, use custom install and d/l from company's site rather than 3rd party sites if possible.

Just because you don't know where you are going doesn't mean any road will get you there.

The only image burner I would say is ImgBurn. However, none is needed w/ Windows 10. It DOES HAVE Burn Disc Image upon Rt Clk on a .iso file. 2nd selection from the top, right under Mount.

And, no, MS did not remove it.

Sorry, mate, but, I would not recommend something like that to anyone, ever!! Apology accepted (the one I know you were going to offer).

My version, Win10 Enterprise build 10547, does NOT have a "burn" option. I do have 7-zip installed which may have "adjusted" the context menu.

    Joe,

Gimme a few. I do have Insider 10547 but, not Enterprise. Seems surprising would be omitted in Enterprise. I'll put a .iso in mine & test. Will really surprise me if it's not in 10547 non-enterprise. Standby...

And I can't say about 7-zip because I use WinRAR

Ok, I dl'd the .iso for W10 here in Build 10547. Rt Clk does give Burn Disc Image, same as in regular W10. So, if it's omitted in Enterprise... That I cannot test since not, running Enterprise. Suppose I could or even should. Oh well, sorry, best I can do on this one, for now. But, it has certainly not been removed in non-Enterprise Build 10547.
