    Question Unwanted extra music channel

I had a new and unusual experience today.
Windows 10 64bit (insider preview build 10547) on home-built desktop. Sound from motherboard. Video on motherboard,

I clicked on a video in a medical device website, (big BIG company legitimate site)
There was video, a speaker and music came on, the music was louder than the speaker so I thought bad production.
BUT when I stopped the video the speakers voice also stopped BUT the music continued, it was a loop (as in male adult interest movies)
I thought I may have started the music inadvertently, so I shut down everything. The music continued.

I rebooted the system and started just the one website (nothing else running).
The music started again, and when I stopped the video the music continued, it even continued after I shut down IE.
The volume control on the video only controlled the speakers voice, not the music. The system volume did control the music.

I started the task manager, nothing looked unusual.

I don't think I would ever want to create one of these, but I would like to know how to make it so, and how to stop it.

I rebooted, could not find another way to stop it. Everything else seams fine so I assume it is only this one site.

    For starters...
You can start by performing a THOROUGH AV/AM scan of your system, NOT a "quick" scan.
Also, perform a scan using AdwCleaner 5.0.0.9 once your AV/AM scan is completed.
    DRIVE IMAGING
Invest a little time and energy in a well thought out BACKUP regimen and you will have minimal down time, and headache.

Build your own system; get everything you want and nothing you don't.
    Latest Build:
    ASUS X99 Deluxe, Core i7-5960X, Corsair Hydro H100i, Plextor M6e 256GB M.2 SSD, Corsair DOMINATOR Platinum 32GB DDR4@2666, W8.1 64 bit,
EVGA GTX980, Seasonic PLATINUM-1000W PSU, MountainMods U2-UFO Case, and 7 other internal drives.

    That is an interesting thought.
Is there a know virus that causes this symptom?
I would be most interested in knowing what the ID of the virus is that you suspect that I have.
I looked through the virus ID database and did not find any symptoms like like this.
It sounds like you have more knowledge about virus's than I do.

It might help to answer your curiosity if you were to share the URL with us. Then we might attempt to duplicate your experience (or to read the HTML, etc.).

    Good point, my bad.
    the link is:
    http://superdimension.com/products/s...ension-system/
which takes you to the top of a page on medical devices, scroll down and the first video.
I tried on both new MS IE and Chrome, same effect.

I did look at the HTML but it is hard for me as mostly it is links to their system, here are a few lines cut and pasted:

    <script src="http://superdimension.com/wp-content/themes/covidien-ils/js/vendor/modernizr-2.6.2-respond-1.1.0.min.js?ver=2.6.2" type="text/javascript"></script>

I think the music is from the top panel on that page, when it reaches the fourth of four frames which automatically plays a YouTube video.

You can stop it temporarily by clicking one of the first three small round buttons at the bottom of that panel (or arrows at left/right center).

    It's them, not you!
