TeamViewer no long showing 1920x1080 option
My home PC is set to 1920x1080. For the longest time I would use TeamViewer on my Mac at work to remote in to my home PC and it would display at the same 1920x1080 resolution. Past month or so I no longer can set that resolution and it defaults to 1280x720. Highest resolution option is 1600x1200.
Using RDC I can remote in at 1920x1080.
I made some option changes to Team Viewer in the advanced options section and for one session i was able to remote in with TV at 1920x1080 but the next session I was knocked back to 1280x720.
EDIT: If I look at display properties while at home it shows my Display as my BenQ 1075 projector...looking at it remotely from my work pc, display shows up at "display device on: VGA" and says "Your resolution is lower than 1024x768. Some times might not fit and apps might not open"
It's mind-boggling why this is happening. Hate when i can't figure it out on my own.
I sent a ticket to TV but they've really been no help.
Has this happened to any of you folks with the resolution?
