I.E. in Windows 10 crashing excessively

Since I have been using I.E. in Win 10 it crashes frequently.

The Enhanced Protected Mode entries are also causing problems and preventing access to common websites, including Google, if the 64 bit processes are not enabled. Some add-on, e.g. Speedbit's Download Manager and Link Checker now seem to be incompatible after many years' usage.

Is Microsoft trying to stop people using I.E. in Win 10?

IE 11 works flawlessly for me in Windows 10. Yes, you probably have an add on problem. That's not Microsoft's problem.
