    Registry Edits for WU/W10 avoidance

    I found these on the 'Net:

    Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\WindowsUpdate\OSUpgrade]
    "AllowOSUpgrade"=dword:00000000
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Curr entVersion\WindowsUpdate\OSUpgrade\State]
    "OSUpgradeState"=dword:00000001
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Win dows\WindowsUpdate]
    "DisableOSUpgrade"=dword:00000001

    There are at least 3-4 more, looking similar to the above,
    however, doing little different tweak here, hear, there, their, they're

    Ok, so when I copyNpaste that into my Telemetry REG file, do I need to "rewrite" it some?

    I am not sure what you are doing. I just do it manually.My exported file is

    Beware the unexpected blank character which gets inserted into long strings of characters by this forum software!
    "Win dows\" should, not surprisingly, be "Windows\"
