items whose names are too long for the recycle bin

I have a folder within the Documents library in which I work on quite a few Word and Excel files.
When I want to delete all of the files within that folder, I get
"The folder contains items whose names are too long for the recycle bin"
Is there a way in which I can determine which items whose names are too long for the recycle bin?

In case it makes a difference on which OS I use, it's Windows 7

Have a look at this post for a VBS script that should do the job.

If you want a portable app with a nice lttle GUI then I also use this free little utility: PathFileLength.

    Hope this helps...
