    Permanently Block Windows 10 Upgrade

MS seems determined to ram Windows 10 on people again http://www.theverge.com/2015/10/29/9...te-recommended Is there any permanent way to block this or will we have to do a web search every month on the Windows updates offered to see if they slipped in another sneaky upgrade nag again.

I run Windows 7 on 4 machines now and do not want the Windows 10 upgrade on any of them. And MS keeps trying to sneak in the Windows 10 nags. I know there is a program that blocks it now. MS changed something once to bypass it so they may do that again.

Thanks that's the one I was thinking of but will MS bypass it again? They had to modify it after MS made some changes a few weeks ago. I'm surprised the EU isn't jumping on MS after the big deal they made over IE in windows 7 and had tons of litigation going on.

GWX Control Panel was updated to version 1.4 last week, and has fixed some of the earlier issues.

No one knows what MS will do...

Yes that's true, especially since they have already changed from "Your choice" to "Here's 3 GB before you decide" LOL.

Looks like it's still your choice, depending on your WU settings...
