Win7 Install DVD That Includes All Updates?

This might have been discussed before but I could not find it.

Is there a way to burn an installation DVD from an up to date loaded machine, such that all the updates are current?
This would be way more efficient than loading a new OS, then taking hours to download and install 200+ updates. Just wondering.

    thanks,
    rstew

There's this but as it says, you need either an install disk or an ISO and you can only download the ISO if you have a valid retail key and MS still has the option enabled.

Effectively that is what a disk image backup system is assuming you keep your PC and backup up to date.

Now if you have multiple machines then you can use the image (ghost) to install them all if they are identical or nearly so or slipstream Win7 w/SP1 with RT Seven Lite and driver packs for updating a wide variety of PCs. Also if you incorporate all the driver packs it will require a dual layer DVD or a flashdrive >8GB. Of course this is as up to date as when you create the ISO and burn it.

To me it is just easier to compile the updates and install using WSUSOffline for a clean install on a single PC.
