    Mass Mail (Outlook2000)

Can I create a mass mailing to multiple selected contacts?

<img src=/S/confused.gif border=0 alt=confused width=15 height=20> I'm not sure that I follow exactly what you're wanting to do...could you maybe post a little more information? i.e. were you wanting to just send a regular email to a bunch of contacts, create an email group, or send a Word attachment to your email to your multiple contacts?

In the simplest case you just select the contacts you want (Shift+Click or Ctrl+Click) then choose Actions Menu | new message. This will open a mail item and stuff the email addresses of the selected contact into the To box. Depending on your needs you might want to cut and paste these into the bcc: box. This would hide the recipients from each other. But you still need someone in the To: box.

If this isn't what you need, then I'm like bewens, and need more information.

Who says an OldDog can't teach new tricks! Or something like that. Thanks, OldDog, that's just what I needed.
