    A macro to add quotation marks around bold text in a Word document please?

    Hello there, I'm new to Windows Secrets,

    I saw a response to a previous post where someone offered a macro to do just this, but that appeared to envisage only a document with tables.

    I deal with a lot of documents that have bold terms that need to have quotes added around them. They are usually straightforward documents without tables.

    Is anyone able to offer me this and tell me how I input it into Word (Professional) 2010.

    Thanks,

    Why a macro? You could do the same with Find/Replace.

    Thanks Paul,

    In that case, could you please show me the steps for that.

    Thanks in advance,

    Pretty basic, really:
    Find - set the font property to bold
    Replace = "^&"
