    Task Manager problem

It has been 3 days since my last update.
I am using Fire Fox browser 41.0.2 .

When I open Task Manager I get a box with much of the normal content missing.
    The tabs have disappeared.

    At the top is | Task | Status | {blank}
    (Running tasks)
At the bottom is [ End Task ] [Switch to ] [New Task ]

The applications tab, Program monitor tab etc are all gone.

    Have you seen this before?
Is this a result of the update 3 days ago or something else?
    How do I fix it?

    Try double-clicking the border.

Double click on an empty area of the task manager window.

Thanks. It's funny that I tried so much stuff to find an answer and this one worked.
I have no idea how it got that way.
I see that Dbl click is a Toggle which is not defined in the Users Hand book ??!

    Thanks.

That's how Books for Dummies, Que and other publishers make money, print things that seem to be 'hidden'.

That's right, there's no mention of it, and it catches a lot of people out. My guess is, you clicked on a tab, missed, and clicked again. That was interpreted as a double click and it went into "low footprint" view.

Just because you don't know where you are going doesn't mean any road will get you there.
