    Unhappy Office 2010 in Win10

Purchased a legal copy of MS Office 2010 to use on my Win 10 computer but it appears that Microsoft has blocked anything but the new MS 365. Is that true?

    I don't think so, I hope not.

I think that I have installed Office 2010 on a Win 10 machine (quite successfully), though I took it off and replaced it with Office 2013.

The only reason why I am uncertain is that I am unsure whether my installation of Office was done before or after upgrading from Win 8.1 to Win 10.

A little more information would be helpful...

Are you having problems installing it, or using it?

    Are there any error messages?

But then they are publishing Office 2016. I doubt they would block installing it but there will be a point where the supply of older versions will dry up as Microsoft has stopped publishing it.

No, it's not true. You should be able to install Office 2010 without difficulty. Do note that you should uninstall any later Office versions first. If you want to use multiple Office versions, they should always be installed in order from oldest to newest.

    No. It is not true.

    I have Word 97, 2003, 2007, 2010, and 2013 on my Windows 10 computer.
