    Outlook2000 Crashes (2000)

Whenever I get an email with an attachment from a friend it causes Outlook to crash. Says it has a problem with outex.dll file. It only happens with this one person. When I rename the file to outex.dl1, I am able to get into Outlook and delete the email. I then give it back its original name. Then I am fine until He emails me with an attachment again. Any ideas??? Greg
