    blank email messages (Outlook 2002)

    Hello,

This problem is happening in Outlook xp on Win98. Several users in an Exchange/Pop Outlook setup are sending blank email messages. This problem seems to come and go but when it happens it seems to be several emails that fail (in other words in comes in spurts). There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it (sometimes the messages are to external addresses - sometimes to addresses within the exchange server).

Does anyone have any suggestions on blank email messages?

PS They are using HTML format to send mail and have Word turned off as email editor. Has anyone heard of stationary or html causing these problems?

    Thanks Angiew
